Dr. James Eubanks

Dr James Eubanks

Dr. Eubanks was born and raised in Portland, OR. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Portland and his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, Des Moines, IA. He completed his post-graduation training at Eastmoreland Hospital, Portland, OR, in 1992 and has been practicing Family Medicine at our clinic since 1992. He has particular interest and expertise in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

 

 

Dr. Daisy Dhillon

Dr Daisy Dhillon

Dr Dhillon graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME, in 1996. She completed her internship and residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, OR, in 1999 and immediately joined our staff at Columbia View. Outside of medicine, Dr Dhillon enjoys spending time with her children and staying active.
 

 
 

Dr. Matt Daskalos

Dr Matt Daskalos

Dr. Daskalos was born and raised in Oregon. He received his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, and returned to Oregon for his residency training at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland. Along with providing routine family care he has special interest in Orthopedic Injuries, Osteopathic Manipulation, Sleep Disorders and Preventive Healthcare.

 

 

Dr. Jennifer Byrne

Dr Jennifer Byrne

Dr. Byrne received her bachelor’s degree from
Yale University, New Haven, CT, and her medical degree
from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Her osteopathic internship was completed at Eastmoreland Hospital, Portland, OR, in 2004 and she received her residency training at Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, WA, in 2006. Dr. Byrne is interested in preventive medicine, pediatrics and women’s health.

 

 

Ariana Herrick-Kunitz, FNP

Dr Christine whitaker

Ari received her bachelor’s degree and masters in nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. After becoming board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she moved to Nepal to volunteer in a rural community hospital. She recently completed a certificate program in Orthopedics from Duke University School of Nursing and has been excited to apply her new skills to her daily practice. She has a special interest in preventive medicine, women’s health, pediatrics over age 2, and young adults.

 

 

Kathryn M Shine, FNP.

Dr Katie Shrine

Katie received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Portland. She received her master’s degree in nursing from Oregon Health and Sciences University. Her passion in health care is working with patients to reach their health care goals. She is a strong patient advocate and educator. She enjoys working with all people and is currently accepting patients over age 2. When not at work, Katie likes to spend time outdoors: biking, hiking, and skiing.
