Dr. Daisy Dhillon
Dr Dhillon graduated from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Biddeford, ME, in 1996. She completed her internship and residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland, OR, in 1999 and immediately joined our staff at Columbia View. Outside of medicine, Dr Dhillon enjoys spending time with her children and staying active
Dr. Matt Daskalos
Dr. Daskalos was born and raised in Oregon. He received his bachelor’s degree from Oregon State University, his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA, and returned to Oregon for his residency training at Eastmoreland Hospital in Portland. Along with providing routine family care he has special interest in Orthopedic Injuries, Osteopathic Manipulation, Sleep Disorders and Preventive Healthcare.
Dr. Jennifer Byrne
Dr. Byrne received her bachelor’s degree from Yale University, New Haven, CT, and her medical degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, OK. Her osteopathic internship was completed at Eastmoreland Hospital, Portland, OR, in 2004 and she received her residency training at Swedish Medical Center, Seattle, WA, in 2006. Dr. Byrne is interested in preventive medicine, pediatrics and women’s health.
Dallas Brown, FNP
Dallas grew up in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her nursing degree at Drexel University in 2011. She trained and specialized in pediatric emergency medicine and trauma at St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center and St. Alphonsus Regional in Boise, Idaho. She became a board certified emergency nurse in 2017. She completed her graduate studies at Gonzaga University and became board certified as a family nurse practitioner in 2020. Dallas uses a holistic approach, practices evidence-based care, and believes each individual has unique needs that guide their treatment plan. She enjoys the great outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her family
Dana Davies, FNP
Orignially from Wisconsin, Dana moved to Oregon in 2009 where she studied community health at PSU. She completed her nursing degree at Johns Hopkins, and returned to Portland to attend OHUS for her family nurse practitioner education. Dana hopes to create a fun, engaging, and comfortable primary care experience for her patients. She uses education and patient-centered care to empower patients in the management of their healthcare. In her free time, Dana enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and her dogs.
Skyler A. Stone, FNP
Skyler grew up in Western Washington and has lived in many places throughout the Paci fi c Northwest. As a nurse practitioner he believes his most important roll is helping patients better understand chronic conditions and prevent future illnesses.
Skyler has a particular interest in diagnosing and treating orthopedic concerns. He also loves working with kids and helping them feel at ease when they are sick or hurt.
Skyler earned a bachelor of arts in communications from Washington State University. He went on to earn a bachelor of science in nursing from in 2004 and a master of science in advanced practice nursing from Gonzaga University in 2010. He is certi fi ed in family practice medicine through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
In addition to his ten plus years of emergency and urgent care medicine, Skyler has additional training in general orthopedics and advanced surgical training in upper-extremity orthopedics.
Skyler , his wife Lori and son Tristan have lived in Troutdale since 2013. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching high school and club soccer, alpine skiing, construction projects and reading up on Northwest history.
